Week nine 3/25-3/28

 


Reflecting on key moments throughout this project, is that everything went smoothly, but If I had to take away a few things from the experience, It would first be that filming each individual scene and clip took a lot longer than expected, we had our amount of days we need to meet to work on it but those days ended up being doubled. Also, as a producer, next time I will make sure that al my equipment is charged and ready for production and filming because there were a few times where we were set up and ready to film but a piece of equipment of mine was about to die. Therefore we would have to wait for it to charge to start up production again which was frustrating. The main piece of equipment that would need to be charged frequently, was my IPhone which captured the media. It is definitely my fault that it would not be fulled charged before filming, therefore that is a main takeaway for myself to watch out for and do better with next time. 

The one main thing that got changed due to actresses availability, was the amount of friends she was supposed to meet up with. When it came to the week we filmed the ending, the original four friends that were going to be in it, got called for last minute activities, therefore they were not able to make it and so we had to change the storyline to only one friend. This all happened after we filmed the original scenes of the texts on the phone where multiple friends asked her to come to the beach. Therefore we had to go back and re-film those shots and just have one friend text her. You might notice the banana in the clips being browner and more ripe. That is because we had to go back and re-film and the bananas were riper at that point.

Other than those small issues, everything went well and just how we planned for it to go.

Even though I’m making separate posts with links to each CCR and the Opening Scene, I thought I’d post it here as well.
