Week four, part two. 2/27
As the director I want each scene to make sense and have meaning behind it. I’ve re-taken each shot of my actress at least five times each. But this practice has taught me a lot and I’ve set myself well up for the editing process next.
My plans for my opening credits include this titles and why:
1st- The name of my partner and I’s media company (Pro-Intellect Productions) a name I came up with and decided it needed to be in the beginning of the film to label the production company the film was made through.
2nd- “A pro production film” This labels it again, as a film made with our own media production company and makes it sound more professional.
3rd- The actress and her name (my partner)
4th- The director and the name (me)
5th- The title of the opening scene “Artifical Happiness.” This gets the audience thinking about how the title connects to the rest of the film as they continue to watch.
The closing credits include the music credits and the credit of the name for the person/actress that played the friend.
